I am a landscape photographer from Missouri who enjoys traveling, seeing new sights and capturing beautiful photographs. I see the world in color, light and texture. This is evident in my finished artworks.
I am a professional daydreamer. I am a Husband. Father of four. Photographer. I am a loyal Friend. I am an Artist.
Foremost my "project" is to create artwork with my photography. Other goals include doing good with my photography. I search out and contribute to many other projects. I enjoy knowing that my photography can be both beautiful artwork and moving imagery for a worthy cause. Below are three projects I am currently working on.

Personal Project
This project is an ongoing personal project of mine. I enjoy escaping for a day and driving the rural Missouri roads of my home state. Sometimes driving through national forest and other times exploring wide open prairies. Throw in a a great city here and there and it all adds up to a diverse portfolio of photographs.
Photographers For Good
We, a group of photographers from the online community Google+ thought, hey, why not publish a photography book together? We spend a lot of time talking photography online, share and look at each other's work, and even meet together to socialize and shoot. Why not collaborate on a project together? That's how the idea of this book was born.
There are no rules for good photographs, there are only good photographs.
I capture color, light and texture with my camera. I process these captured elements to create dynamic art. My finished artwork is crafted using the highest quality materials. I am a firm believer in quality over quantity. The resulting artwork is both beautiful and durable.
Many times my process begins before I press the shutter button. It is not uncommon to envision, in my mind's eye, a complete composition. Other times an amazing scene presents itself with little to no warning. Having a complete understanding of my equipment allows me to capture these fleeting moments.
Beyond creating artwork with my photography I search out and contribute to great projects. It is very rewarding to create moving imagery that helps others.
